Showing Movies From Apple TV
print icon

The lists in the attachments (below) have recent listing of movies that can be accessed on the Apple TVs. The Apple TVs are assigned by classroom, so each Apple TV will only see the movies for the division which uses that room. We’ll try to remember to update the list as we buy new movies, but feel free to check with the media center staff members anytime. You can also see the list just by pulling up the Movies icon on your classroom(s) Apple TV. Remember that we also have a DVD collection, as well as educational videos from BBC, History, PBS, etc. on Safari Montage.

DIRECTIONS FOR PLAYING MOVIES ON YOUR APPLE TV:
(You can copy and paste this info into your sub plans.)

Use the white/gray Epson remote to turn on the projector. Use the silver Apple TV remote to turn on the Apple TV if it isn’t already on (middle button). Click the menu button a few times until you end up at the main Apple TV screen. Click on the blue “Movies” icon. In the top menu, go to “Purchased Movies.” Find your movie and click the middle button or the play button to play it. If you need to adjust the volume, use the white/gray Epson remote; there should be volume buttons on the bottom, right of the remote control to adjust the volume up or down. When you leave, just turn off the projector with the white/gray Epson remote.
