Passwords cannot be changed in Haiku. Even though there is an option to select Forgot my username or password listed on the Haiku log in page. 

Passwords must be changed in MyBackPack via the reset link on the school website and the system will syncronize the password change to Haiku. 

Passwords may not have special characters. Permitted settings include upper, lowercase letters and numbers.
