The attached brochure has the screenshots for the following instructions. 

1.  Turn on Projectors:

Use the small black Smart remote to turn on the projectors, Point the remote toward the bottom of the projector and press the button with the green circle.  The small light on the base of the projector will turn green when it’s on. 

2. Apple TV and Computer access:

Use the Input button on the small black Smart remote to switch between Apple TV HDMI mode to the Computer installed on the wall.  

If when pressing the Input button the image only remains on Apple TV, you will need to press the space bar on the keyboard located on the table to take the computer out of sleep mode.

3. Log in to Computer:

The stations will have one of the following usernames,  “Academy Configurator” or “CoLab#”.  The password for both is “student” all lowercase.  DO NOT SELECT OTHER OR GUEST to log in. 

4. When finished with lab:

Be sure to log out of any accounts on the computer, i.e. Gmail, Haiku, etc.

Use the small black Smart remote to turn off the projectors, Point the remote toward the bottom of the projector and press the button with the green circle twice.  

DO NOT SHUTDOWN THE APPLE COMPUTER, IT WILL SLEEP ON IT’S OWN.
